Lingling Shi

Ms. Shi is a partnerr at Grandall Legal Group in Beijing, China. Her main areas of practice include real estate development, foreign investment and corporate finance. Ms. Shi advices clients at all stages of large development projects as well as represents them in dispute settlement. Ms. Shi also counsels domestic and foreign companies on matters relating import and export of products, mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment in various industries in China.

Ms. Shi received her Bachelor’s of Law from Peking University Law School in 1998 and a Master of Law from the same institution in 2004. In 2007, she obtain her LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Ms. Shi speaks Mandarin and English. Ms. Shi has published an article on government procurement in China.

Ms. Shi passed the bar examination in 1999 and was licensed to practice in Beijing and China since 2002. She is a member of Beijing Lawyers’ Association and China Lawyers’ Association. She is also a member of the Real Estate Development Law Committee of Beijing Lawyer’s Association.
